Last night we were honoured to host an evening ‘Creamy’s Legacy’ to thank each and every individual who has played a significant role in Jolly Josh. Sharing memories and hearing of the fabulous work that happens every day at our centre. ‘A place to call home.’
We were able to present our first gold fundraising coin to GNWTS for their recent £6000 donation and we are looking forward to presenting so many more, to thank all of our fundraisers and donators.
A significant highlight of the evening was presenting and asking Sharon Cordwell to be a Patron of Jolly Josh.
Jolly Josh is not just a centre, it is a family, built on friendships and a community coming together. And sharing Carole’s heartfelt message for the evening, we would like to thank you all for being an important part of our family.
“Joshua lays to rest underneath a precious oak tree , if we compare our charity to that oak tree , I feel I planted the seed for Jolly Josh but numerous people help to nourish it . Today we stand together to review our growth , to appreciate our journey , it hasn’t always been easy, but we stand proud , just like Joshua’s oak tree on the hill.”
