‘The sunset fades away, but the memories last forever ‘
Thank you to everyone who came along for our first sunset memory walk organised by @trail_walker_91 at Tandle Hills. It was such a fantastic turn out with 50 people coming together to remember a loved one. Together, we walked in unison to the top of the hill. with a candle in our hand, and a memory in our heart we sat and awaited the most perfect sunset.
A beautiful view and a time to sit , remember and reflect 💙.
Thank you to everyone who attended and for your donations , It is thanks to your kindness that each new day could see the end of isolation for the children and young adults living with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities, complex medical needs, or physical disability, as well as their families.
We are so grateful to you all, for raising awareness and £470 . With your support, you are helping children and families at the Centre to Connect, Support and Thrive.
