A fantastic weekend filled with community spirit, excitement, and support for Jolly Josh
We are delighted to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made the 2025 Great North West Truck Show such a memorable and meaningful event. Held at Haydock Park Racecourse on July 12 and 13, the weekend was a wonderful celebration of the transport industry and brought together families, supporters, and truck enthusiasts for a truly special occasion.
A Weekend Full of Fun and Entertainment
The show featured more than 400 trucks, with a wide variety of impressive displays for visitors to explore. From thrilling monster truck rides and exciting car crush shows to the popular reverse truck challenge, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Families also took part in a host of activities including live music, a traditional funfair, inflatables, face painting, and appearances from Disney characters. The incredible Louby Lou brought smiles to faces young and old with her joyful performances, and the sunny weather made the atmosphere even more enjoyable.
Liz and Sarah from Jolly Josh had a wonderful time welcoming visitors at the entrance and sharing the work of our charity. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with new faces, see familiar friends, and be part of a truly uplifting event that brought people together for a great cause.
Supporting Communities Through Charity
Now in its eighth year, the Great North West Truck Show continues to grow and make a lasting difference. This year’s event supported a number of important charities, including Jolly Josh, Reuben’s Retreat, and Manchester Children’s Hospital. We are incredibly proud to have been part of such a generous and inspiring gathering of people who care deeply about supporting families in their communities.
