It was a busy and fun day at Rochdale Riverside on Saturday. We are thrilled to be their charity of the year and it was fabulous to work alongside them to raise much needed funds for Jolly Josh.
Liz , Sarah and our amazing volunteers Cath, Pete, and Sophie, ran the very busy and popular tombola stall and sand game raising £650. It was great to speak to so many people and raise awareness of Jolly Josh.
Meanwhile, Jolly Josh, was busy greeting plenty of children and adults whilst being assisted by two pirates. One with extremely long legs! Luckily, the pirates were friendly enough to hand out their gold chocolate coins .
It was a, Ho, Ho, Ho, Jolly Day! And we are already looking forward to the next.
